Training and Placement Cell at Subodh runs with Vision and Mission which has proven to be a boon in the career of all the students. Subodh students get opportunities across a wide range of industries and companies visiting the campus every year with attractive salary packages and profiles to match students’ expectations.

The focused approach of the University towards persistent and multidimensional training of student’s in-line with the industry expectations and gives hands-on-learning has led to a sharp increase in the number of placement offers and record salary packages.

Objectives of Training and Placement Cell

Once a student enters Subodh, the TPC takes the entire responsibility to develop that individual into a personality. They are left open to a humpty number of choices lying in front of them to choose in parallel to their academics. Subodh believes in enhancing its students through dedicated concentration on each and every student and sees to that everyone enhances their talents with the opportunities they are provided with.

The key responsibilities of the Training & Placement Cell are:

➢      To organize campus interviews for final year students with industries and business. Houses of repute from all over India

➢      To prepare students to face campus interviews, JU conducts In house training and has collaboration with professional trainers by arranging training in Aptitude tests, group discussions, preparing for Technical and HR interviews religiously.

➢      To promote career counselling by organizing guidance lectures by senior corporate personnel and most importantly by the alumnus

➢      Create awareness among students regarding available career options and help them in identifying their career objectives

➢      Act as a bridge between students, alumni and employers

➢      Take feedback from industry and provide inputs for curriculum

➢      Creating a cohesive placement environment
